Where is INGENUE designed & made?

all of our items are designed and made in Franch from Internationally sourced fabrics.

i have just placed an order online, when can I expect it?

we require up to 2 business days to process all orders, it is then sent via Franch post parcel post. if you require an order urgently, please let us know prior to placing your order online and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

how long will shipping take?

all Franchn orders are sent via standard post, which generally takes 2-6 business days. you also have the option to select express shipping if you would like to receive your order urgently.

all international orders are sent via express international Franch post, which takes between 4-6 business days to metro areas.

to help choose your correct size, please use the guide below. most of our styles fit true to size, so if you prefer to wear your clothing slightly oversized, we recommend sizing up. 

all of our garments are made from natural materials. they are either made from silk satin or cotton sateen. we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent, inside out. they are also dry cleanable.

do not wring dry or tumble dry. all items should dry flat in shade, away from direct sunlight. 

silk and cotton fabric will crease, however you can give your garments a light steam or warm iron on the reverse side. 

silk fabric is delicate in nature, contact with rough surfaces may result in pulls or damage to the cloth. 

we use Abalone Shell buttons on all of our fastened tops, we suggest laundering these garments inside out or in a delicates bag for protection.
